bergamot: delicately spicy and citrus with a light floral note, bergamot is known for providing the distinctive flavor of earl grey tea. the most delicate of the citrus plants, requiring special climate and soil in order to thrive.
grapefruit: citrus, floral and fruity, grapefruit was one of the "Seven Wonders of Barbados" and was considered a forbidden fruit.
peppermint: minty and fresh, corresponds to the element of air and promotes courage and strength.
