atlas cedar: known as “the tree of life”, cedars are the oldest living trees in Canada and Eastern North America. Used for protection and purification and symbolic of eternal life, in Norse mythology cedar was associated with the goddess Freya.
balsam fir: balsam fir branches are used for purifying and warding off ghosts in indigenous rituals. the needles are burned as incense and bundled into herbal pillows for protection while the cones have been used for weather magic.
peru balsam: peru balsam is often used in incense blends for prosperity, visualization, and dreamwork. a substitute for balm of gilead for ceremonial purposes.
siberian fir: represents immortality, protection and healing.
smoky quartz: a protective stone with strong associations with the Earth element.
fractionated coconut oil: colourless, odourless and easily absorbed, fractionated coconut oil leaves skin feeling silky and smooth without a greasy after-effect. It’s non-comedogenic (doesn’t clog pores) and is generally considered safe for individuals with tree nut allergies as coconut is classified as a fruit, not a nut.
