• fractionated coconut oil: colourless, odourless and easily absorbed, fractionated coconut oil leaves skin feeling silky and smooth without a greasy after-effect. it’s non-comedogenic (doesn’t clog pores) and is generally considered safe for individuals with tree nut allergies as coconut is classified as a fruit, not a nut.

• peppermint essential oil: minty and fresh, the peppermint plant is a hybrid of water mint and spearmint.  in ancient greek mythology, mentha, a nymph, was transformed by queen persephone into a sweet-smellng mint.

• grapefruit essential oil: citrus, floral and fruity, grapefruit was one of the "seven wonders of barbados" and was considered a forbidden fruit.

• bergamot essential oil: citrus, delicately spicy with a light floral note, bergamot is known for providing the distinctive flavor of earl grey tea.  the most delicate of the citrus plants, requiring special climate and soil in order to thrive.

Roll on temples, wrists, back of the neck and bottoms of the feet.
